Booking and Payment:

  • All service bookings must be confirmed via our online booking system or direct communication.

  • Payments for services must be made before or upon completion of the service. We accept payments via our secure payment system.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.

Liability:

While we take every precaution to provide safe and reliable cleaning services, Maid in a Minute is not liable for any damage or loss to property unless caused by our negligence or improper conduct.
